Jackie has gone from property management to running the team. She is well versed in the Residential Tenancies’ Act of New Zealand.

She comes with experience running various businesses in a wide variety of fields. Jackie volunteers at Southland Blue Jays Marching and is a keen animal lover.

Avinash, has 10 years of experience of being in business. Other than Pride Property Management and Pride Real Estate, Avinash also runs two IT startup companies: Jobit.co.nz and Digital Stock Limited.

He also takes a keen interest in running not for profit events and is currently working on building a support group for startup companies to bring economic change to Southland.

Tom has been involved in the real estate industry since 1988- starting with Wrightsons and then moving to Harcourts in the early 90s. After achieving several national awards he decided to expand his horizons and ventured into partnership in Southern Wide Real estate city/lifestyle. Many successful years later the company merged with the Professionals group where Tom gained national recognition within the group.

With an opportunity arising to manage Pride real estate, he is now looking forward to expanding the company to new levels in the southland market. With years of experience and wide range of business skills he brings to the team, he can offer a complete real estate service to suit your real estate requirements.

John is an accountant and has been working towards a Charted Accountant’s qualification. John is not just responsible for balancing our books but is also in charge of administering our trust account.

Who better than an accountant to keep us in check? John also has a history in business. Amongst other things, he runs a large hotel in Te Anau and three dairy farms in Southland.

Shirley comes with experience running pubs and hostels in Dunedin. She lives in Outram and manages property in Southland and Otago.

Shirley supports track racing and has even invested in a track race car.

Laina is relatively new to the team being with us for just over a year, but we recognized her spark the first day we met. Over the next year we kept our ear to the ground to find the next opportunity to bring her into our team.

Laina comes with retail experience but more importantly an emotional intelligence that is hard to learn. Laina also runs and administratively manages Supreme Excavations and contracting, a concreting business in southland.
